Knee joint:
     Knee joint is one of the strongest and  most important joint in the body. It connects the lower leg to thigh while supporting to the body weight. Movements at the knee joints  essential to  everyday activities. Including walking, running,  jumping, sitting and standing.  Knee joint has  three parts. the tight bone (femur) is connected to shin bone(tibia) to form main joint. This joint consists two compartments they are  inner (medial) and outer( lateral). Third bone is  patellofemoral joint. It protects the front of the knee joint.

Knee pain:
        Knee pain is common problem that may originate to structurally compression of femur and thigh bones due to lack of synovial fluid. other factors like ligament tear, poor blood circulation, low mineral density, abnormal of vata  also  causes Knee pain.  

Symptoms of  knee pain:

  •                 Pain after standing and sitting
  •        Swelling and inflammation around the  knees
  •        Numbness and abnormal sensation of knee
  •        When you bend the knee fell pain the thighs ang lower leg
  •        Pain get worse during walking.
  •        Swelling and stiffness
  •        Redness and warm to the tough of knee
  •        Crunching noise
  •        Unable to walk or discomfort while walking
  •        Inability to bend
Reasons to develop knee pains:

  Certain  exercises of jogging, skipping to continuous work  can cause breakdown of  cartilage and leads to knee pain.
